EPIROS Kefalograviera is a Protected Designation of Origin cheese produced exclusively from pasteurized goat & sheep’s milk. It has a characteristic spicy taste and a rich aroma and can be eaten plain, grated over pasta, as an accompaniment to wine, used in cooking or fried as a “saganaki” (typical Greek dish of pan-fried cheese).
