EPIROS Mizithra is a Greek traditional hard whey cheese, from a mixture of sheeps and goats whey.

It resembles enough to the Italian Ricotta Salata and can be placed shredded on top of everything (especially spaghetti)! It can also be used as an ingredient in pasta sauces or even as a topping on garlic cheese!
